Passionate About:

I am a 21 year-old student at the University of Toledo, a 3rd-time brigader, and current President of Global Medical Brigades at the University of Toledo. I am hoping to become a Physician's Assistant by receiving a Masters Degree in Bio-Medical Sciences. I have a great desire to help people in a tangible, immediate way, and have based the entirety of my academic and professional career off of the concept of service. I am a firm believer in the idea that knowledge is power, and strive to become as proficient as I can with as many different skills as possible in order to better help me connect with people in the field of Healthcare. I currently have the opportunity, through an organization called Global Medical Brigades, to travel back to Honduras on a medical mission trip. I hope that this experience will allow me to build upon the valuable insight and experience that I gained on our previous two trips to Honduras and Nicaragua, and hope to gain and strengthen interpersonal communication skills that will further develop my interactions with people from all age groups for use in my future career as a healthcare professional.
