I have such a passion for the health care field and for helping others. As an aspiring future physician and healthcare provider, I search for opportunities in which I can apply my love for medicine with my thirst to help those in need most. I love finding clubs, volunteering, or even jobs that fit with my educational and professional goals by allowing me to grow both personally and professionally. These opportunities such as UIC Global Brigades and my research at UIC have helped me to gain valuable insight into the different aspects of medical care that interest me, while simultaneously broadened my experience within the medical field.
