Passionate About:

I am a third year Psychology and Feminist Studies double major at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Before college I was involved in my high school's medical pathway program where I became very passionate about the medical field and helping others. I chose to major in psychology because of my passion to learn about the brain, body and mind, and to use such knowledge in offering help to those who need it. My plan after I graduate is to join the Peace Corps as a volunteer for two years before continuing to graduate school. The Global Brigades is an amazing effort meant to bring life-changing differences to those who need it most, and I am so glad to have the opportunity to join in making a a difference in the lives of these people.
