I am Julie and this summer I will be going to Honduras on the Medical Brigade. This is a perfect opportunity for me to be a part of a larger movement to help under-resourced areas. Through this medical brigade, I will be able to strengthen the economic and health development in Honduras by providing medications and consultations to patients in the rural areas. While working on packaging medication for patients, I'll be able to interact with the families and patients to learn more about global development. Through this trip, I hope to build connections with the people in Honduras while providing them medication and care. I am passionate and enthusiastic about service and through this brigade I'll be able to work in a group towards the goal of making a difference. I want to make a difference in the world, even if it isn't anything necessarily big. Join the movement!
