I have been given the opportunity to take part in my second medical brigade in Honduras from May 21st – 27th! I am a nursing major and have been volunteering at St. Barnabas Hospital in the ER department and have had various clinical experiences through the Seton Hall nursing program. Patient health care is very important to me. I would love to have the opportunity to help those in need in Honduras. During the Medical Brigade I’ll have the opportunity to take vitals and patient history in triage, shadow licensed doctors in medical consultations, and assist in a pharmacy under the direction of licensed pharmacists. This is where I need your help! I need to reach my goal of 1,770$ to be able to attend the brigade. Any amount you can donate would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
