What made me want to join GMB is their mission of sustainability. I like that GMB is striving towards a lasting solution to common health issues present in a community that can be implemented and continued past the duration of the brigade. Knowing that we've left behind sanitation units and imparted knowledge on healthy practices so that community members are able to maintain their wellbeing once we've left is what makes GMB a worthy organization to represent in my opinion.
