Instructions on where to locate the routing number and account number on a physical check

By authorizing this transaction, customer agrees that merchant may convert this transaction into an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) transaction or paper draft, and to debit this account for the amount of the transaction. Additionally, in the event this draft or EFT is returned unpaid, a service fee, as allowable by law, will be charged to this account via EFT or draft.

Please be aware that e-check transactions may take up to 14 days to be cleared by the banks. During this time, it is possible for the transaction to be declined due to input errors or insufficient funds. In the case that it is declined, you will be requested to re-donate. If you realize that you have made a mistake after donating, please note that changes and refunds cannot be made until after the transaction has cleared.
