Passionate About:

I have grown up in a small town of beautiful Elmore, Vermont. I live on a family farm and am very passionate in helping others. All my life I helped raise cows and watched them get sick and helped them get back to being healthy. I realized that I wanted to carry out that love for helping animals into helping people. I took care of an elderly women in my hometown when her son could not. She was one of the people who inspired me to become a nurse. I am now a third year nursing student at Castleton University. I am excited about this opportunity to go to Honduras to learn valuable knowledge and skills. My goal is to take these skills and bring them back to my home state of Vermont.
