As a physician and journalist, I want to advocate health literacy around the world. I believe that health information should be an accessible and relatable topic for everyone. I am passionate about medicine, traveling, and journalism. In June 2013 I will be traveling to Nicaragua with the Global Medical Brigades to offer free healthcare.
