Helping others in ways to improve their life and learning about the different healthcare system in the world is one of my passion. Lehman L.I.F.E is partner with the global brigade whose aim is to work alongside local communities and staff to implement suitable health system. As a Lehman lifer, I will have the opportunity to help my Hispanic community outside and inside of the United States, while getting a better understanding of healthcare systems in underdeveloped countries. This will help me to be a better future physician-scientist because I will have a better understanding of the needs of others and ways to approach them.  ------------------------------------------------------Español:------ Una de mis pasiones es ayudar a otros a mejorar su vida y aprender sobre los diferentes sistemas de salud en el mundo. Lehman L.I.F.E esta asociado con Medical brigade cuyo objetivo es trabajar junto con las comunidades locales y los voluntariados para implementar un sistema de salud adecuado. Al yo ser parte de Lehman LIFE, tendré la oportunidad de ayudar a mi comunidad hispana fuera y dentro de los Estados Unidos, mientras obtengo una mejor comprensión de los sistemas de atención médica en los países subdesarrollados. Esto me ayudará a ser un mejor médico-científico en el futuro porque tendré una mejor comprensión de las necesidades de los demás y cómo aplicar mi entendimiento a posibles soluciones.
