I am passionate about life, and enhancing the quality of life for those around me. I love smiles and sharing happiness with the people I am fortunate to meet. Global Brigades has enhanced my outlook on life and has changed me as a person, and it is beautiful to be a part of the sustainable changes being made to make this world a better place to live. I am looking forward to leading this trip with my classmates and growing together, both as healthcare providers and humble members of the fight against healthcare disparities throughout the world. I am excited to meet new people and learn about their goals and ambitions, because each person you encounter on a brigade WILL change your life, even if you don't realize it at that moment. We all have much to learn about the world, and there is no better way to grow as a person than to step away from the life you are used to and open your mind to a whole new experience.
